UDLMCS: Ivey Dominant For "Call Nationals"
Win at Ocala
Jimmy Rouse, Ocala
OCALA, Fla. - Oct. 15. Capitalizing on some strong restarts, Tyler Ivey raced to the 50-lap, United Dirt Late
Model Championship Series (UDLMCS) sanctioned Late Model "Fall Nationals" at Ocala Speedway Friday.
Mark Whitener won the Zigler Race Engineering Fast Qualifier award earlier in the night and was looking to win
the race as well. Whitener was locked into a tight points battle with Ivedent Lloyd, Darrell Padgett, and Keith
Keith Nosbisch hept his points position strong with a third place finish at
Ocala. (Rick Warren)

the race win would not belong to any of those men. On lap two, Whitener had a tire go down.
On the restart from that caution, Christian Augspuirger spun and Jordy Nipper, Bubba 'The Love Sponge' Clem, and
Whitener were all collected. On lap eight, Padgett slowed with an ailing engine.
Meanwhile, Ivey had everything going his way as he dominated the event. Shan Smith ran second, followed by Keith
Nosbisch, John Kellum, and Dillon Wood.
