Hogge Takes Second West Coast Shootout Win at Tulare Thunderbowl Raceway

TULARE, Ca. - May 1. Bobby Hogge IV raced to his second West Coast Late Model Shootout win of the season, holding on to his lead throughout, albeit by a narrow margin as the $2,000 to win feature event came to a close.
