Boen Dominates NCRA/MARS Run at Belleville

BELLEVILLE, Kan. – June 6. Four-time O’Reilly/NCRA late model champion Kelly Boen of Henderson, Colorado started on the outside front row, quickly took the lead and never looked back as he dominated the rest of the field to win the O’Reilly/NCRA and MARS DIRTCar series feature finale Sunday at the Belleville High Banks.
