WILMOT, Wis. - June 20. Rodney Melvin made the most of his opportunities Sunday at Wilmot Raceway. The driver from Benton, Ill., drove the less used high groove up and around Billy Moyer, Jr., with five laps left to claim the win during night five of the DIRTcar Summer Nationals "Hell Tour".
