PADUCAH, Ky. - July 2.  For Billy Moyer, winning is normal, and Moyer was normal once again on Friday at Paducah International Raceway during Night 17 of the DIRTcar Summer Nationals.

The 52 year-old driver from Batesville, Ark., took the lead at the drop of the green and led all 40 laps to claim his series-leading fifth victory worth $10,000. Moyer's triumph was his second win in as many days on the grueling month long tour.
