Monster Midwest Tour: Shirley Adds Points With Lincoln MMT Win

LINCOLN, Ill. - July 25. After Jason Feger put the finishing touch on a successful UMP Summer Nationals tour, with his win in a makeup event from a July 4th rainout,  Lincoln Speedway capped off the night with it's scheduled Monster Midwest tour special event with most of the same drivers on hand.

While Brian Shirley had earlier chased Jason Feger to the checkered flag, this time it was Shirley who would keep Feger at bay to double his increasing points lead with the Monster tour. Shirley jumped off the outside of the front row to take a lead he would not relinquish, while Feger worked his way into second.
