MARS: Moyer Rides the Rim to Season's 17th Win in Paducah "USA World 50"

PADUCAH, Ky. - Aug. 27. Billy Moyer of Batesville, Ark led all 50 laps and claimed the "USA World 50" at Paducah International Raceway on Friday. Moyer used the high side of the track for most of the race en route to the $5,000 top prize.
