ULMS: Blair Tops ULMS at Stateline

BUSTI, N.Y. - Aug. 7. Robbie Blair prevailed as the United Late Model Series (ULMS) made its second appearance this year at Stateline Speedway in a 50 lap Memorial for Lynn Seamens and Darlene Roberts. The Titusville, Pa. standout earned $7,000 for his day's work in a Mike Knight backup car after a multi-lap duel with Dave Hess Jr..
