Lloyd Heads Off Thomas For East Alabama UDLMCS Checkers

PHENIX CITY, Ala. - April 17. Holding off repeated challenges from young local ace William Thomas, Ivedent stretched his recent hot streak with a $4,000 win in the United Dirt Late Model Challenge Series event at East Alabama Motor Speedway.

Despite the steady pressure from Thomas, Lloyd managed to lead all 50 laps of the main event. Thomas had to settle for second before the hometown crowd, while Tyler Ivey continued his record of top finishes with third place over Darrell Padgett and veteran Mark Whitener.
