Show Me Racing Series: Wells Picks Up Where He Left Off in Tri-State Opener

POCOLA, Okla. - Apr. 2. The 2011 season came to life Saturday night for the Race Brothers Farm and Home Supply Show Me Racin Series, and defending series champion Justin Wells raced to the win as. Tri-State Speedway hosted the series for the first of four times this season.

Wells wired the field to take the 30-lap Race Brothers A-Main win, worth $1,000 for Wells, who extends his career series wins record to 33. Ken Essary was the runner up. He was followed by Larry Campbell, who was the night’s hard charger roaring to 3rd from the 11th starting spot. Leslie Essary was fourth and Jarrod Hilton finished fifth.

Wells' sponsorship support for the #98 TNT Chassis comes from TNT Race Cars Midwest, Yeoman Racing Engines, Bentonville Plastics, Genesis Shocks, Top Notch Hardwood Flooring, B&P Discount Grocery and Tradewinds Express.

Eric Tinderholt was the BP Grocery Rookie of the Race with an eighth place finish. Other BP Grocery Rookie of the Year contenders are; Kyle Ledford, Brandon Hunter and Chris Reese.
